Warranty

Perlamuse offers warranty support for eligible products within 6 months from the date of receipt by the customer.

Perlamuse collaborates with top manufacturers to create handcrafted products with responsible sourcing, bringing you the highest quality items. However, we understand that things sometimes don't go as expected, and we want to support you as much as possible.

Warranty for all products

All support policies are exclusively for Perlamuse Jewelry customers.

• Within the first 14 days from the date of receipt: Perlamuse offers a 1:1 exchange for all products purchased directly from the website or via order inquiries on Perlamuse’s fanpage (excluding sale items).
• Lifetime free cleaning for tarnished or oxidized products (cleaning only, no re-plating).
• Free replacement of synthetic CZ stones within 6 months (after 6 months, additional fees will apply based on the quantity and size of the stones).

Warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• Glass charms, leather charms, plastic charms, painted charms.
• Products that are lost, missing parts, cracked, chipped, broken stones, worn out, deformed, or severely damaged due to external impacts.
• Broken or snapped chains and bracelets; products that are deformed or severely damaged.
• Improper use or care of your product, or any modifications made to the product. See care instructions here.
• Due to the nature of vermeil gold with a 925 silver core, products may tarnish or oxidize over time. Perlamuse does not offer warranty for products that tarnish due to oxidation.
• Customers are unable to provide a receipt for verification (receipts are sent via your email).

Note:

• Items purchased through third parties, not directly from Perlamuse or Perlamuse's e-commerce sites, are not eligible for warranty.
• All warranty cases will incur a two-way shipping fee of 60,000 VND to send the item to our workshop. We do not accept direct drop-offs at the store.
