What currency does your site use?
We process payments in USD. If you’re in Vietnam, we also accept VND for your convenience.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Maestro, CB Bank, and bank transfers (Vietnam only).
How does bank transfer work?
After you place your order, we’ll call the phone number you provided to confirm the details.

How is my order verified?
We check all orders to protect our customers. If we need to confirm anything, we’ll reach out right away to avoid delays.
Can I change or cancel my order?

How do I check my order status?
Use the tracking link in your confirmation email. Updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

What does "Final Sale" mean?
These items are discounted and can’t be returned or exchanged. Have questions? Reach out before ordering!
Can I return a "Final Sale" item?
No, "Final Sale" items aren’t eligible for returns. If returned, a 25% restocking fee may apply.
What if a "Final Sale" item is damaged?

Will you adjust the price if an item goes on sale after I buy it?
