• Express shipping only applies in TP. HCM and HN.
• Shipping timelines indicated below, are approximate. This does not include holidays or any unforeseeable delays with the courier (weather, volume, traffic, etc).

USA & GLOBAL

• We offer complimentary ground shipping at a flat rate of $25 applies for all purchases.
• Please note: by placing an order with Perlamuse, you are responsible for: any applicable original shipping charges, all applicable customs and duty import fees, and the cost of return shipping back to Perlamuse. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

USA

Returns Policy

We want you to love your Perlamuse jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window

• 14 days from the date of arrival

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
• Must include original box or case and any gifts
• Items soiled with make-up, dirt, food, or tanning products will not be accepted

How to Return

2. We'll check and email you a return label/number
3. Our GHTK shipper will contact you to arrange pickup (Vietnam only)
4. For USA returns, drop off your package at any USPS location

Refund Process

• Please allow up to one week for processing after we receive your return
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• A fee of 40,000 VND ($7 for USA) will be deducted for using our return service

Special Notes

• Sale items can be returned for store point only
• Final Sale items cannot be refunded, exchanged, or credited unless faulty
• Store point expires 12 months from the date of issue
