  • We offer shipping services with fees ranging from 25 - 40 USD for all orders.
  • Please note: by placing an order with Perlamuse, you are responsible for: any applicable original shipping charges, all applicable customs and duty import fees, and the cost of return shipping back to Perlamuse. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

We want you to love your Perlamuse jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window

  • 14 days from the date of arrival

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Must include original box or case and any gifts
  • Items soiled with make-up, dirt, food, or tanning products will not be accepted

How to Return

Step 1: Check the Product and Contact Us:

  • Thoroughly inspect the product: Upon receiving your order, please carefully examine the product to ensure it is not defective, damaged, or misrepresented.
  • Notify us: If you find any issues, please contact us immediately via:
  • Provide details: When contacting us, please provide the following information:
    • Order number
    • Product name
    • Detailed description of the issue (attach photos if available)

Step 2: Request a Return:

  • Access your email: Go to the email address you used to place your order.
  • Find your order confirmation: In your inbox, look for an email titled "Order Confirmation" or similar.
  • Click "View order": In this email, you'll find a link to your order details. Click on it.
  • Log in: If necessary, you will be prompted to log in to your account.
  • Request a return: Once logged in, find and select the "Request Return" option.

Step 3: Select a reason for return:

  • Choose a reason: The system will provide you with a list of reasons for returns. Please select the one that best fits your situation.
  • Provide additional information: If needed, you can provide more details about the reason for the return.

Step 4: Process your request:

  • Request confirmation: After submitting your return request, we will verify your information and contact you as soon as possible.
  • Complete the process: We will guide you through the next steps, such as returning the product, exchanging it for a new one, or receiving a refund.

Note:

  • Processing time: The processing time for return requests may vary depending on specific circumstances.

    Refund Process

    • Please allow up to one week for processing after we receive your return
    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
    • A fee of 40,000 VND ($7 for USA) will be deducted for using our return service

    Special Notes

    • Sale items can be returned for store point only
    • No returns or exchanges for custom personalized products made to customer specifications: name engraving, shortening, adding chain length, etc. (except in cases of shop errors such as incorrect name engraving)
    • Final Sale items cannot be refunded, exchanged, or credited unless faulty
    • Store point expires 12 months from the date of issue
