Products that can be engraved will have “ENGRAVED” in the product name.

Step 2: Add the product to your cart
Once you've selected your item, click the “Add to Cart” button. Make sure you've chosen the correct size and color.

Step 3: Enter your engraving request in the order notes
Before proceeding to checkout, in the “Order Special Instructions” field, specify the engraving details using the format: “Engraving Content - Engraving Location - Font Style.”
Example: “Engrave the name ‘Anna’ centered on the front in font A1.”

If you’d like a special font style or symbol, please include detailed instructions and reach out directly to our customer support team for assistance.
Note: Remember to save your order number for reference.

Step 4: Confirm details and complete payment
Review all information carefully before confirming your order. Once completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details provided in your order, ensuring that your request has been noted.

Step 5: Await confirmation from Perlamuse
After we receive your order, we’ll contact you to confirm the engraving details and estimated completion time. Just wait for notification from Perlamuse once your product is ready.

Note: The engraving process may require additional preparation time, so please place your order early if you’re planning to gift the jewelry for a special occasion.
