How fast is shipping?
Most orders ship within 1 business day from our Hanoi warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Expedited orders will be shipped the same day if placed before our cut off time of 2 PM. Once your order has shipped you can expect it to take between 2-3 business days to arrive to you! If you need your item(s) sooner you can choose an expedited shipping method for an additional cost at checkout. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable. Perlamuse is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions or weather systems.

We understand that sometimes things don't go well. We welcome all qualifying returns for store credit/exchange only within 14 days from date of arrival. If you would like another size - we do encourage you to purchase the correct size right away and we would happily refund your payment once we receive your return.
Please include your returns form in the package. Once your return is received at our returns address above, our Customer Care team will begin to process your return. Please note processing time can take up to 5 business days. If you have any questions regarding the progress of your return please don't hesitate to contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note Perlamuse is not liable for any damages or losses with return shipping.
To receive your refund to your original payment method, returns in resalable condition must be delivered to, and processed at, our Distribution Center within 14 days from the date of the last shipment. Please note that we cannot accept returns without your receipt, invoice, or order confirmation.
Returns received and/or processed after 14 days of the date of the last shipment will be refunded to a merchandise credit in the form of an e-gift card and sent to the email address used on your order.
Items returned must be in original condition with all tags attached. Items soiled with make-up, dirt, food, tanning products or similar will not be accepted. Item returns must be accompanied by their original box or case and any gifts.
Can I return Sale items?
Full priced items can be returned for a refund, exchange. Where applicable under the conditions of the promotion, promotional codes or valid offers applied on orders will be honored for Perlamuse store credit.
Sale items can be returned for Perlamuse credit but are not eligible for refunds, unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered. If a full-priced item has a promotional code applied to it, this does not qualify it as a sale item however please adhere to the return conditions to the code at use.
Final Sale items cannot be refunded, exchanged or credited, unless the item received is faulty or your order was fulfilled incorrectly. Final Sale items are also not available in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
Please note that store credit expires 6 months from the date of issue and any credit remaining at the time of expiry will no longer be available to use.
How can I return/exchange my items?
We hope you love your order – but just in case something isn’t quite right, return or exchange your order effortlessly through one of the following options.

2. So that we can create a return shipping label for you, use our return service by selecting our preferred carrier and use the return label/ number we email you.
— A return service is offered to our customers which helps confirm the status of your return and track its delivery progress for added security. Please note, for using this service, a fee of VND40,000 ($7 for USA) will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are free of charge.
3. Vietnam: Our shipper from GHTK will call you and pick up the return orders. We can only pick up maximum 2 times. Unless, you will have to return the package by yourself and responsible for all of the shipping fee, lost, or any damages. We we would happily refund your payment once we receive your return.
USA: Drop off your return at any USPS location near by. Please allow approximately one weeks for your return to be delivered, processed at our Distribution Center, and for your refund to initiate/your exchange order to ship out to you.
When will I receive my refund?
Please allow approximately one weeks for your return to be delivered, processed at our Distribution Center, and for your refund to be initiated to your account. Once your refund is initiated, it may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on payment method used.
My return package shows Delivered, but I haven’t received my refund yet.
Once your return package has reached one of our carrier’s consolidation hubs it may be marked as ‘Delivered’, prior to arrival at our Distribution Center. A ‘Delivered’ scan does not always mean the return package has been received by our Distribution Center or has been processed yet for a refund.
After dropping your return off with the carrier, please allow approximately three weeks for your return to be delivered, processed at our Distribution Center, and for your refund to be initiated to your account.
What defines faulty?
Goods that have been wrongly described.
Goods that are different to the goods that you ordered.
Goods that do not do what they are supposed to do.
Goods that have defects that were not obvious or that we did not bring to your attention
