Your 2023 New Year's Challenge is Here...30 Days of Good Mood

Happy New Year! In just a few more minutes, we’ll officially step into 2023 (even though we’ve already done it once, YAY!!). I still have some work to finish and need to pack for an early morning trip back to Hanoi to be with my family, but ahhhhh!! Your 2023 challenge!

For the past five years, every New Year, I’ve taken on a challenge in some form—whether it’s hitting the gym, reading books, spending time on self-care, getting outdoors, or learning a new skill—anything that makes me feel happier and healthier both physically and mentally. A new journey always comes with its challenges, and I’m really excited to reflect on and restart the journey I’ve been on, and share it with you: the 30-Day Good Mood Challenge!

I've had a beautiful time to breathe, to write, to cook, and to listen to birds sing every day. Reflecting on what I've done for myself has truly been an interesting and valuable experience! Losing focus at work, the fear of judgment from others when I started appearing in videos—that has been my obsession.

Over the past year, I've moved to two new cities, and every time I felt burned out from work, I’d pull out my list of things to do and pick one to help me feel better. This challenge isn’t just for yourself—it includes activities to help you connect with family, friends, and those around you with love.
